Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch Primer Spray blocks stains, discolorations and irregularities for a smoother, more uniform paint finish. Apply to wood, metal, plaster, masonry or unglazed ceramic. Fast-dry formula is sandable wet or dry. Apply to surface temperatures of 50-100 degrees fahrenheit. Dry to handle in one hour. Two colors Red Oxide or Gray.
